With the advent of computers in the workplace, back pain has graduated from being a problem of the ?working class? to being the base of the young executive.

Some 90% of back pain patients are professional with sitting jobs. A faulty posture while sitting can wreck havoc because that?s when the spine in under maximum stress. Alcoholism, smoking and coffee, all of which are known to cause calcium depletion from the bones, often act as additional contributory factors of back pain.

Do?s and Don?t
1)Have a comfortable bed and matters. Use a pillow and avoid sleeping on the floor.
2)Place the monitor above eye level to ensure correct posture.
3)Exercise regularly and keep your weight under control.
4)Prolonged sitting is one position is a back hazard you might not suspect. Lumbar support and periodic.
