That's the same thing they talk about being in turkey. Every thanksgiving you hear something about how people need to be careful about eating a large turkey dinner, drinking some wine, and then driving home. Both turkey and wine (obviously) have chemicals that make you sleepy.

Banana is rich source of vitamin, protein, iron, mineral salts, and potassium. Eating banana definitely has a good effect over health. As it contains around 100 calories, laborious people are benefited much with it. Besides the rich food value, banana also has some medicinal benefits. It is effective for joint pain, kidney problem, anemia, tuberculosis, urinary problem, menstrual disorder, intestinal diseases. Indeed it can be categorized as a medicinal fruit!

You know,i never liked bananas until last year.Since then,i try to eat 2 or 3 a week and i seem to feel better for some reason
