So you dont like to exercise....Here may lie a solution!
Not everybody enjoys exercising as much as others do. There are probably a couple of reasons why some people might not enjoy exercising. One of the most I hear from people of why they don't like to exercise is that it seems boring to them. Now of course, doing anything in life that is boring is just not fun at all.

There are a couple alternatives than just physical exercise routines to reach for a healthy lifestyle. You can go swimming in a pool or lake for a couple hours. Or you can go to the park with your family and/or friends and initiate a family oriented activity such as a game of volleyball, soccer, football, baseball, or even tag. With family, you can't ever get too old for tag.

You can even play a game of basketball with your friends. Another activity you could do, is go out dancing sometime. Bring out the wife, and go to a club and dance your arse off til you drop! Just kidding, not that far.

The key thing to being healthy is to have an active lifestyle. Sitting on the couch and watching t.v. doesn't count being active. That counts being a couch potato, and of course you don't want that! So do a few physical activities daily, burn some calories, get that tush into shape, live it up a little! And remember, whatever you do, have fun with it!

Believe me, there are alot of people out there that lack motivation or don't enjoy exercising. Thats why there are always other alternative physical activities people can do.

In my opinion it is only a matter of getting used to it. It may be hard at first because your body hasn't adjusted yet but once it has settled down it would be fun.
