What causes PMS?
The cures of PMS are not clear. It linked to changing hormones during the menstrual cycle. Some women may be affected more than others by changing hormone levels during the menstrual cycle. Symptoms vary from one woman to another.

The Diet cure:
The Papaya ? fruit, has been used for centuries to induce menstruation. It contains an enzyme that contracts the muscle of the uterus. Sesame seeds also have the same effect. Watermelon and coconut juice are diuretics that help reduce water retention.

Drink lots of fluid to flush out the excess water in your system. Avoid coffee, which causes lumpy breasts and salt which causes fluid build up.
