Eating Bananas helps you to tackle sleeplessness. Bananas to a certain extent increase blood glucose levels. Bananas to a certain extent increase blood glucose levels. This helps curb nocturnal low blood glucose that hampers sleep.

Do you have anything to add with regard to benefits of eating bananas ?
