To be straight forward, obtaining a six-pack is easier said than done!
Getting a six-pack is definately not easy for the average human being. In fact, It's not easy for anybody! It requires alot of discipline, dedication, and hard work. Here are some tips to attain your goal:

With anything, your diet is a contributing factor in developing the way you want your body to look like. Stay away from junk food such as chips, soda, candy, and fast foods. These food sources will not help get you the rock hard abs that you want.

Instead of eating junk food, eat more healthy foods such as; fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, nuts, eggs, natural peanut butter. Anything that is low in fat, but also provides a sufficient amount of vitamins and high amount of protein will highly contribute to getting the abs you want.

With nutrition in place, theres also another contributing factor...Exercise! You need to be working out atleast 3-4 times per week minimum. With each exercise routine, you need to incorporate ab exercises into your workout sessions. You dont have to involve abs in every single workout that you do, but it would be highly effective to hit abs atleast 2-3 times a week.

With these tips in mind, you should see results within 6-8 weeks. Yes it is a long time but with hard work, dedication, and determination, you should be able to see results.

Do you keep track of your daily calories, and calorie breakdown?
