what are the most efficiant ab workouts?

There really isn't a definite superior ab workout among others. Every ab workout can be just as hard hitting and effective as any other ab workout...It's just a matter of how you go about it. Alternating your abdominal workout sessions and exercises is a key factor. Normally with me...I do my ab exercises towards the end of my workout sessions. And I don't do the exact same workout every session. One day I might decide to do weighted sit-ups on a decline and then the next following workout session I might do crunches on the exercise ball followed by another ab exercise. I never repeat the same ab workout back to back, I'm always alternating my exercises with each session.

No problem man. Although, you don't necessarily to have alternate your ab workouts every other day. But it would be advisable to change up your routine every now and then to avoid a plateau. You just gotta see what works better for you.

yeah. so do the same thing and alternate about every like 2 weks or month or so like i do with upper body and other muscles.

yep yep, that would go the same for any other muscle group also. Everybody's body is different and will react to certain activities in a unique way. But as time passes throughout your training progression, you'll soon find out what works better for you and adjust your workout routine the most effectively and efficient way possible.

yeah. i just havnt gone to the gym latly b/c iv been working alot and then i have school ad then i got ym girlfriend but i should be going back by enxt week so that i have all my goals set for certain weeks.

Yea, when you got priorities that need attention such as the one's that you've mentioned...It is pretty tough sometimes. I know it first hand too. It's even tough for me trying to get to the gym when I want to. Just gotta do what you gotta do. lol

Crunches will give your abs a serious workout!After about 20 i am burning like crazy.I am trying to do 30 a day now

How many crunches are recommended? Then, once you can do xxx amount, how fast should you move up? I usually do 100 a night.
