teaser, depending on the kind of ball you get, many are easily inflated and just as easily deflated (think a blow-up beach ball, but they come with a foot pump) ... i've got one, used it for awhile, but decided the floor ab exercises were just as productive ...

I plan to buy one. I just like its appearance. I don't yet have any idea how to properly use it. I just saw on the picture a sample position and sequence of exercise. Where can I find ways how to use this? Please share.

Thats true I just have this thought of this ball being up all the time :) ooopppsss

I may go get one as I could probably do the exercises from my sofa as well with it - what with my broken leg and everything

Thank you :)

When I mean bum bounce I mean I sat on it with my feet on the floor and bounced on it like you do when you are in labour to ease the pain :)

I just bounced as my son thought it was funny so I carried on I tell you what it is good for the old legs :)

He does, he giggles so much it is untrue - even if i put him on the floor and just do sit ups on the ball he giggles. he prefers the bouncing
