 Post subject: TV Exercises

I used to do TV exercises. The ones that come on in the morning, and aren't too hard. I did it mainly for endurance, most of them were to docile for me and I stopped altogether.

Have you ever tried the morning tv exercise shows?

i remember back when i was a tot, my mom used to watch this lady's show ... she was like 90 and dressed like she was from a jazzercize tape or something ... but all her exercises were for old people and involved sitting in a chair ...

Haha, which is why I quit using such shows when I was young. Most of them are way too easy and not enough of a workout. Lifting weights in your spare time can do more than doing these TV shows all week.

Good for morbidly ovese or old people, I guess. Or younger people looking to get more endurance/slight muscle.

When I was younger I remember doing a workout with mymum to buzzie Lizzie and mr motavator - it was mental she used todo it every morning they were rubbish though ;)

I don't do any now :( none on that I know of

I just to get up at 6:00 in the morning and excercise. That helps me to wake up. I have a cable channel that has exercises on all day. I know that they are not that hard but I think that they are better then nothing.
