I and my friend attend a taebo class near our office. But there are some times that her feet cramps when doing this. Her arches begin to hurt like hell. She wears a support on her feet. What could be the cause of this?

does she NEED the support? is it the right kind of support? is the support fixing one problem and ailing another? are her shoes correct? do the supports fit her arches correctly? are they prescription and form-fitted or are they a genaric one-size fits all???

I think you may find the answer above but I would keep the feet moving - to keep the blood moving

I`ve a similar problem here. When i go for a swim like 30 minutes later i feel some very painful cramps at my right food. But it only comes to my right food.I`ve no problems with my left food. Now i`m afraid of swimming alone.
