Im in need of help! I'm trying to build up my quads more.

I already know that squats build up your quads pretty good, but can someone recommend me some good exercises other than squat?

I can recommend a million exercises for quads, but an important caveat is that none will be better than the squat (for most people - if you're highly developed, leg extensions and the like have a role. If you're squatting <300lbs right now, you need to just keep squatting).

To get bigger quads, you need to have a couple of important things - proper nutrition (read: extra calories and enough protein), and stimulus (best stimulus for raw leg size is squatting).

So, how much do you weigh, and what are your eating habits like?

Also, if you want to emphasize the front of your legs more, maybe you could give front squats a try. You'll use less weight than a regular squat, but will definitely feel a difference in your quads.

What are your maxes for squat and dl right now?
