Among the several benefits, in one way regular exercise counteracts stress and tension. Regular exercise strengthens the body?s vital organs and allows them to withstand better the impact of stress. It distributes stress impacts over a wider area of the body. This action removes the danger that stress may have, a disproportionately damaging effect, on the body part such as the heart. Those who exercise reduce their anger and anxiety experiencing greater peace and joy.
