instead of curling with your hands facing you you curl with the back of your hand facing you. what muscle does this work.

also if you no what french press is does it really work your triceps.

From what you described, sounds like it works out the forearm and the tricep muscles.

Let me just add by explaining how to do a Biceps Curl.

Let your arms hang at sides and palms should be away from your body. Make sure you keep the elbows close to your sides. You can now curl both dumbbells

1. Your a not very smart. He's talking about a reverse bar curl, not DB curling, so you can stop wasting yours and my time...

2. 3 major muscles are involved in the reverse grip barbell curl. the Biceps Brachii, Brachialis, and Brachioradialis. BAsically, the forearms and biceps.
