I often wake up late in the morning so I can't do any exercise anymore. I get tired easily because of not doing regular exercise. Can you suggest a five to ten minutes exercise that I can do regularly in the morning? I want an exercise that is good for all parts of the body.

kickboxing, tae-bo, and yoga are all great ones ... you can buy the VHS or DVDs fairly inexpensively, or even books that show the correct forms ... i personally like yoga a lot ... it's low key and relaxing so it doesn't get you all hyped up ... it involves a lot of fluid movement, breathing, and stretching, which i like a ton ...

I've never tried yoga - I have never had very good balance and never thought that I would be very good at it :( I may get a dvd and try it out maybe :)

it definitely can help with balance ... some of the simplest moves involve sitting or standing with hands on the floor, too ... it's all from beginning to advanced ... for some quick stuff to try out, if you look at msn health, i know they've had some of the easier moves in the past with diagrams and pictures to help ... instead of buying a book right off the bat ...

Yoga is a nice relaxing sport I used to do it in the mornings before work :) its ok once you get the hang of it :) - it was hard at first and I did think what the ****** was i doing there and I would never do it again but I did go back and have been going for about 3 months now and really enjoy it and it is something I can take to Greece with me and do on the beach in the mornings :)

if we had beaches in montana i would, but we have lakes ... and the beaches on the lake are usually covered with cow pies ... not so relaxing ... if it's not cow pies, it's mosquitos or gnats ... or pine needles, and i like doing yoga in bare feet, but even with a mat, it's not the most fun ... *sad face* ...
