 Post subject: Strengthening your abdominal muscles

Strengthen your abdominal muscles and protect yourself against back and shoulder pain-by standing up and sitting down without using your hands to get off a seat.

Do this when you are going to the toilet, as well as at your desk or on the sofa. If you have an adjustable office chair, set it at the lowest height, before trying this exercise ten times.

That sounds good but the part about getting up from the office chair from the lowest position ten times. I think my legs would be tired after the third time. Wouldn't I have to strenghten my legs first before doing this?

Never even thought about doing. That's a good excerise to do during the day without really do anything different... you'll always need to get upfront from somewhere. Great idea! :)

very good and easy to perform exercise, you can try it even if you are in a tram or in a trolley.
Thanks for sharing the tip, i have never thought of this. From now on i will not wait for my regularly practice hours to strengthen my muscles.

I dont know why but i havent had any pain in two years time.I hate working for my abdominal area.It is very boring and hard.Are there any good and easy way to strengthen it?
