The Total Gym

Years ago my parents got a total gym from a friend. Unfortunately, the friend had lost the training video. My parents didn't want to spend the 20 bucks to get a new one, so we just did the ones we knew from common sense. We definitely didn't get the full use out of that piece of equipment though. Something to remember...if you're getting a complicated exercise machine, make sure you get the instructions.

most things you can download manuals for anymore ... see if it's an option!!! or even ebay or something might be of use ...

If you can't find any on eBay you can try yahoo auction. Somebody might be interested to give you a copy of the manual for a minimal amount.
