I know it's odd, but I got a very good ankle workout yesterday. There is a new skateboard out, that is quite expensive. It is so expensive because it is a new design that lets you move my rotating your feet, and even self-propelling yourself by alternative feet rotations. You can literally glide across surfaces like you are floating on air, it is very fluid.

After using the thing for about an hour, and after a good laugh, my ankles were really hurting me. Even still today, my ankles are kind've sore.

Did you know you could get an ankle workout?

nope I didn't - but I do now - but I can't see me on a skate board lol - the last time I went on a skate board was when i was about 8 years old

yah, the last time i was sincerely on a skateboard was when i was six maybe, max ... laying on my stomach pretending i was an airplane with my nextdoor neighbor pushing me ... didn't work too well down a gravel road, though ...
