My grandfather had stroke two months ago. It happened when he had a heart attack. Thanks to God that after two months he already starts to recover. We hire a reflexologist for him. He keeps on showing improvements every day. What exercise can we let him do? He has started to walk already.

Thanks for the reply teaser. We bring him every morning at the sea side. We follow a friend's advice. Air along sea side has also helped him recover. We do hope for his complete recovery soon.

The sea front is the best ever I live by the sea and I love it it is lovely even in the winter when you need to get out - gorgeous to have the wind in your hair and come back smelling all fresh
