My mom joins a yoga class. This is a good activity for the wellness of our body. This is a good relaxation and stress reliever activity. However, I did not join her because I don't like activity like this. I would prefer joining a dance class. How about you?

I have done it once and never again :( I hurt for days - I know - no pain no gain :( but I hurt :)

lol it is one of the most relaxing ways to exercise

I love it i try and do it 3 times a week but at the moment i can't :(

cmick - did you start with some beginner moves on your own, or did you take a class ... classes can be helpful, but they killed me too ... start with a few moves per day ... max of ten minutes a day, a few times a week ... the stretching of the muscles will help you be better at the other exercises and workouts you may be interested in ...

I have joined a class and will be starting in 2 weeks I am really looking forward to it - my hubby agreed on 2 mornings a week for the kids to go to nursery and I am going to get fit :)

Yes you do that :)

I was getting cabin fever this morning so asked my boyfriend to take me to toga - I did all of it from my chair - it was brilliant feel really refreshed

glad i did it

the rest of the body is killing now

ya , i have seen many atimes yoga classes on my t.v and have tried it also. i think its the best way to tone up our body but for starters it pains too.

YOGA is world famous. the diseases that cant be cured by medicines are cured from YOGA- as said and i do quite believe on this matter.

because this is no bigger way to cure anything other than mental ways..!!
