Can I do from the arm of my chair ??

I have a broken ankle, I broke it 4 weeks ago in 3 major places and shattered it into 18 other places so now I have 1 plate and 10 screws holding it together - I am in a cast for another 6 weeks :( and then I will be in a "beckham" boot :)

I don't want this weight loss to go to waste :( can someone help

How the hell did you do that :( awwww hugs to you...

Maybe you can do leg exercises and then do some arm ones as well with some weights

Are you able to get on the floor ??

a rowing machine? arm weights ... swimming flutter kicks (there's all sorts, if you're interested, i'll describe more in depth) ... that's all i could do when i had my ankle sprained and broken for 5 weeks ... i did a lot of arm and upper body exercises because being on crutches wasn't exactly easy ... i did a lot of ab exercises too ... you'll be pretty limited on cardio, but you can maintain muscle strength everywhere else ...

I would be too scared to work anything with my leg - I would keep to the upper arms until you are ready :)

When does the cast come off ??

Hoping the cast comes off next thursday but looking doubtful at the moment as its been knocked again :( But I will be in a BECKHAM boot for a while as well so no driving for me :(
