Dieters without exercise could lose bone mass overweight dieters who cut calories are likely to lose more bone mass than weight if they don?t exercise.

If you just cut calories and don?t exercise, you then harm your bones two ways: 1) You may cut nutrients needed to maintain strong bones and you don?t stimulate bone growth.

Yes this is true. I better send this thread to my cousin who is so lazy to do regular exercise. Even if I keep on convincing her that diet alone will not do any good on her, she just doesn?t mind me. Huh, I don't know what to do with her. She just follows a regular diet but exercises...forget it.

Since dieting I have always exercised :) But can only really do it at home as I can't afford a gym so I make sure I go for a walk every day and do a few exercises at home but I always make sure I exercise :)
