 Post subject: How do I keep my joints in good shape?

1)Get plenty of rest, especially after an intense workout.
2)Get regular exercise ? Exercising irregularly only places a greater load on those knees.
3)When working out, protect and support your joints, such as wrists and ankles, with the right gear, available from any sports shop.
4) Reduce stress using relaxation techniques.
5)Maintain a healthy diet, including restricted alcohol consumption.
