Dumbbells are not just for men. Women too can use it. dumbbell exercises can make you feel stronger, leaner and healthier. It can be worked out targeting a particular muscle or work all the muscle groups just to lose weight and get overall better physical shape.Dumbbells are not just for men

i would take serious offense to anyone that said that to my face ... heck, i'm one of three gals in the weight room either during school or after school ... to about 180 guys ... i think that a lot of girls are intimidated by walking in and seeing guys squatting close to 300 pounds and benching close to 200 or deadlifting a lot ... i definitely am not intimidated by it at all ... in fact, i love it ... if i didn't, why else would i spend as much time as i do in the gym and weight room ... and it definitely ain't for the guys, either ...
