This is probably one of the most well-known gyms out there, right? On t.v. all you see if professionalism and cleanliness. Not here! I was going to sign up for a six month membership at our one and only 24 Hour Fitness but it faces the busiest road on the island and the view is gross. Not only the view is gross but the inside as well. The machines are worn down, barely working. The trainers don't look like they belong training, lol. They are...unfit. The carpet is sooo disgusting. It's basically soft dirt. haha I just cannot see myself being comfortable there and working out.

Is anyone else's local 24 Hour Fitness crap, too?

I'm not sure if this is the same company or not....But the only negative thing I have to say about my local 24/7 gym is not having enough equipment/weights. With dumbbells especially...They only go up to 75lbs. Doesn't really help me when I want to workout with DB's on the flat bench. Other than that, its alright.

Right but in my eyes I see that as them being hypocrites. They're not in shape, meaning everything they've learned were out of a book or from somebody else's experience.

not for telling me my form was improper ... but by not knowing what he's doing and trying to tell others to do it the wrong way, someone's gonna wind up injured ...
