Our local gym is called Darby's. I doubt it is known outside of the Midwest of the U.S. Anyhow, I think they are fairly good and have done well for the community they have. Our community isn't so big, yet they have many great machines and tanning beds, also with products and accessories.

The only problem with smaller gyms is that they cost more, to keep up with upkeep costs and new machines.

Anyone else familiar with this line of gyms? They are very average.

Sorry I have never heard of them.

Maybe it is just a US Based company

How often do you go ? how much do you pay ?

Just wondering how different the cost is from over here in the UK ?

It is about $100 a month. The community gym is about the same for 3 months, but all of the machines are always full so I don't go there.

I don't go that often anymore, in fact I don't have a membership right now. I have been weightlifting at my local school, and plan to do so atleast until summer is here.
