We currently live on a house that is not well ventilated. All the dust just stays inside of the house. We can only do general cleaning on the house every weekend. Due to this, I think I already have this Allergic Rhinitis. I often sneezed because of the dust. I always need to take Benadryl AH. Is there still a way that this allergy to be cured?

check all your furnace filters ... if you have cloth curtains, clean ALL of those, too ... replace furnace filters (vacuuming doesn't always cut it) ... also, depending on the kind of furnace unit you have, you might want to clean IT too, seeing as it'll be sending the dust flying ... one of the other things you can do is to change your vaccum bag every time you vacuum, if you have a machine that uses bags ... instead of turning your vacuum off to move things to clean and dust, allow the unit to continue running, it'll keep sucking in dust particles in the air ... you might wish to invest in some of the nicer and newer vacuums, as well ... as expensive as they are, i've been incredibly impressed with the Rainbow vacuum, and the likes, that involve a wet tray of water - all the dust and such gets STUCK in the water, so it doesn't get shot back out into the air ... if you have old carpeting, you might want to get that replaced ... wash all rugs ... even if you do get new carpeting, i still suggest in keeping rugs on the high traffic areas - that way you can clean the rugs a LOT more often ... be sure to shampoo your carpets often, especially where they get a lot of use ... remove your shoes at the door so the dirt doesn't get ground into your carpets, too ... take mild detergent and water and wash down all your walls (look in the corner for cobwebs that are collecting dust, too) ...

We don't have any vacuum in our house. I might just save some money to buy one. We badly need it. I guess we have a lot of thing to do. We need to always clean everything everyday. It is a very hard work. Too bad, I got this allergy.
