Almonds also average twenty percent protein. which is the highest among nuts. It also doesn't have any cholesterol and is a good source of calcium, protein and vitamin E.

Almonds are so delicious. Along its yummy taste are its benefits of reducing the cholesterol in our body. During the ancient times, it is one of the foods that are used for medicinal purposes.

My school includes them in just about everything, so it's good to know I'm getting some type of benefit from it. Are there any other specific benefits that pertain to males? I don't go through PMS so I don't benefit from the effects it has on the cycle. :)

As advised by my gym instructor I eat 5 almonds every morning. But I don?t eat dry nuts, I soak almonds in water for over night and eat in the morning.
