You don?t have to deprive yourself from your favorite food or exercise till your muscles are pleading for rest. Moderation is the Key word here. For instance, no one is asking you to denounce fried food or aerated beverages completely. If you must indulge in them. Do so but just once a week. Similarly, just reduce your meat intake, specially the detectable red meat and try consuming more of omega- rich fish and white meat. Make the time to flex your limbs a bit every day. And if you are a smoker, kick that butt now ? there really is no moderation here!

I agree with you all the way. Except that unless your eating really fatty or foods with a lot of sugar, there is no need to go on a diet. Excercise a few minutes more and you can still eat what you want.

I agree also. I believe that you can eat anything as long as you don't go over board. I love ice cream so I eat 1 scoop at a time a couple times a week. If I eat chips I buy the smallest bag. Moderation is the key.

for me i think that there is nothing bad in any food items. we should eat foods what we like. if we dont like any food then that food cant be digested easily. because mentality comes there in our brain.

i completely agree with you in this aspect.
I know some persons, women especially which are so obsessed with the diet, and which deprives themselves from a lot of goods just to be sure their body is perfect- i do not think it is worth this.
