 Post subject: Drowsiness

Due to working so much, I often become drowsy when not doing anything too important or stenuous. Is there a good way to help my body adjust to working so much? I start working every day of the week except saturdays, and it has started to take its toll. I asked off of work for the future, but I still have awhile before I start getting more rest.

I was suggested that multi vitamins can help, so I am taking a cheap brand of multi vitamin. Anything else I can do?
