I use it all the time, I use just a supermarkets own brand as it is cheap but I am still trying to fight that battle of bad breath and all the dirt that can get into your mouth

I do i use colegate mouthwash its ok but a bit more expensive but if you get it 3 for 2 in boots then its ok

I use I used to get it but haven't used since being pregnant as it made me sick

but just used to buy the cheaper store brands

I've never really liked the taste of it. Although, I will admit that I don't take good care of mouth/teeth - I probably should. Does mouthwash really help your teeth and mouth as much as they say?

I use mouthwash faithfully everyday. I was going into gum desease and my dentist was able to save my teeth. I have learned that I have to do everything I can to save my teeth. Mouthwash can help keep your gums strong. If you want to have healthy gums you should brush, floss and rinse your mouth everyday.

i dont use mouthwash but i do brush my teeth twice a day and i think thats enough for me.

I used it for a while but dont like it.Personally i brush my teeth for once in a day.But with that one brush i clear everywhere in my mouth.It really takes some time I`ve learned this way from my dentist.

I have wanted to use mouthwash and bought a big bottle but I always forget to use it, I would really like to try and remember somehow though.
