So, I'm not a huge gamer type of person...But the family just acquired a new nintendo wii, and I must say...It's quite the exercise machine! I think this might be a natural necessity to any home gym...Seriously lol. I just got done playing boxing after almost 2 hours, and I'm literally dripping with sweat soaked from head to toe. I think this might replace my cardio sessions for a while! hah. When it comes to gaming, I'm more of a sony person...But 2 thumbs up to nintendo this time around! We need more gaming consoles that require as much phsyical movement as the wii provides.

The Wii is certainly a cool machine. My favorite was the bowling, but the tennis and boxing will give you a good workout.

yup yup, I'll agree to that...You'll definitely get a good sweat going with tennis and boxing lol.

The only bummer thing about boxing is that the wii remote cant keep up with fast punching...I'm no muhammad ali or anything but it would be awesome if they came out with a boxing simulation game that could keep up with all your punching movements.

After reading this, now I want to get a wii!!! haha
