Orange skin

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the orange skin effect of intaking too much carotene. It is common, if you eat something like carrots too much for a month, to get orange skin. I was really eager to find pictures of such an event, but haven't.

Anyone know how orange you can get your skin? Sounds like a fun prank/project to try out.

I drink carrot juice regularly. But orange pigment doesn?t show on my skin as I?m dusky and yes I can see some yellow shade on my cheeks and stomach.

I know she is orange I would rather catch the sun - in the summer like I do, I never wear fake tan - natural or nothing but then I have my dads complection where I catch it easily

Is this so? I find it very funny, an orange skin because of eating too much carrot? I have never imagined about this. Better provide some pictures for me to believe.

i am white , pale white and i find extremely funny to experiment this orange skin experiment, not on myself of course...

Personally i find it very hard to believe that it could have such a hige impact but till you experiment you ever now.
