It is high in tryptophan that releases the neurotransmitter serotonin. This in turn, induces the release of melatonin when it gets dark and helps to regulate the sleep/wake cycle. Cheers to cheese and a good night?s sleep.

I don't like cheese but if I, for some reason, do eat some it'll be American or cheddar. Also, what the hell did you just say? lol Care to elaborate or at least translate in lamens terms?:)

I love cheese. I have not yet tried any swiss cheese. I think it is not available here in our country. How about cheddar cheese? Does it have same nutrients as swiss cheese?

Ha, I actually studied seratonin in psychology not long ago. It is the neurotransmitter responisible for regulating the sleep cycle. So, by eating cheese that would boost your seratonin, you would have a more healthy sleeping style. I wonder if mice have many narcolepsy/insomnia problems? :D
