I was told that using a hard toothbrush is bad for your teeth, and I agree. In fact, it is reccomended that you use a soft bristle head, but I find these to do a poor job at cleaning. I use a medium head, and it works well.

Is this bad? There are some people who say it will scrub your enamel off. However, I don't overbrush and think that I'm alright.

Thoughts?

I find a soft toothbrush doesn't do the job properly - and I use a medium head and that keeps my teeth clean :)

I use medium as it is the only tooth brush that makes my teeth feel clean :)

I also use mouth wash as well so I know I am helping the battle :)

I prefer using a medium toothbrush. I don't like the feel of hard toothbrushes. My gums become sore after a few days. I think as long as you floss and rinse you don't need a hard toothbrush.

yes it is 100 % true that using hard TB is bad for teeths. it makes a severe pain on teeth and even it rubs ur all deep skins. you should use a good company's good TB.
