i think apart from running on treadmills, and spending a lot of time in gym . one should just go ahead with a cool walk in the early morning hours. what do you guys say?

yes i think its the good and perfect way to get fit. its like easy and even makes brain fresh and energetic. i have tried this and still trying every morning. i wake up at 5 am and go for a walk and i come back at 6 am..!!

i do walk 1 hour minimum at morning.

i also go for a fresh walk every morning, it has a lot of benefits.
not only this but also i enjoy the nature around me.;the gym is to small for my running possibilities.
i really think that deeply inhaling fresh air every day helps a lot.

It is important everybody needs different types of training.It is maybe better for you to walk for a mile or so but i prefer running all the way.
