Fruit will provide you cholesterol lowering fiber and other nutrients. But where as fruit juices will increase cholestrol, so it's advisable to eat whole fruit then drinking juices.

I think as long as you drink natural fruit juice you will get same nutrients just like when you eat the whole fruit. Maybe you were referring to processed fruits juices. Since it has undergone preservation and food processing some of the natural nutrients is lost during the procedure.

ditto ... if the juice comes directly from the fruit without any processing, you're good to go ... but if it's reconstituted, sugar added, frozen, or anything else, you're not getting the full benefits you could be getting ...

Even processed juices have benefits, though. Not all nutrients are lost. On welch's juice, they boast a long list of vitamins so I'm sure that the vitamins lost are few. Plus, they can add nutrients that would make it more healthy. Not that I'm not a fan of pure fruit juice, it's just more expensive :)

I certainly agree with montana. Drinking natural juices either squeezed or not, have same nutrients as eating the whole fruit. Processed juices still has nutrients but it is not the same with natural juice anymore.
