You have just finished your meal and you are full. Now, a friend offers you a free burger. In this situation, will you try to have that burger over a full stomach or will you avoid eating it? How would you handle this situation?

DOGGIE BAG!!! sounds like a good breakfast to me!!!

i eat until i'm full ... i can't eat any more ... literally ... i don't stuff myself ... but when you pass the barrier or being full and painfully full, it's no fun ...

I love burger! Of course, I will be tempted to eat it. But even if my mouth and tongue wants it, my stomach can't take it anymore. If I insist, it may be a cause of a problem. I might just put the burger in the fridge and just heat it in the oven the for the next meal.

I've definitely run into this problem. In general, I try to turn it down, but if my friend is just going to throw it away, I normally end up taking at least a few bites. I think it's partially a problem with liking the taste of food too much. If you take a few bites you then risk wanting to finish it entirely. You have to be able to throw it away without a problem.

that's one thing i don't agree with ... is when parents have the rule "you can't leave the table until your plate is clean" ... my parents always knew how much i should eat ... and if i snuck snacks and junk food when i shouldn't have, then they made me eat it all ... but if i ate until i was full, they were happy ... if i came back a half hour later hungry, they pointed me towards the fridge in the direction of the leftovers from the meal ...
