Hy guys do you know about some bad or harmful effects that drinking water has?
I do not mean drinking to less or too much water, just normal quantities.
Is it only beneficial or it also have some back side effects?

If you drink too much you can make your system overloaded by water.But under normal conditions i mean if you drink 1-2 liters in a day i dont think there will be any side effects.

I don't think just drinking regular amounts of water can do any harm to you. Where did you come up with this?

I don't also think that there are bad effects drinking too much water. The more the better
