Noodles, pizzas, burgers, and white bread are all made of white flour or maida. This is a major cause of constipation, vitamin B deficiency, fatigue, depletion of energy, weakening of bones and increase in blood sugar levels.

I think you will just experience problems on this if you eat too much of noodles, pizza, burger and white bread. Anything that is taken too much is really bad for our health. But if you just eat these foods once in a while, I guess there will be no problem. This is just my personal view. I love eating the foods you mentioned but I control myself not too eat this too much to avoid any problem.

pasta can come with vegetable base ... they can come as whole wheat ... they can come as rye ... they can come using every and/or all part of the grain we know ... and then some ... pizza traditionally, yes, is made with white flour, but it, too, can be made with wheat flour, which i particularly enjoy ... burgers, again, i hate regular buns ... i make my own out of whole wheat flour (harvested, sheathed, and ground myself) to make my own buns and rolls ... white bread, obviously, but saying WHITE tells you what kind of flour it's made from ...

this post is truly comical to me ... you say its bad, but to the normal person, it would mean didly ... i'm a farm kid ... we do the whole wheat thing ... you have to understand the grain itself to understand WHY white flour isn't as good for you ...

there are 3 parts to a grain ... the germ, endosperm, and bran ...

the germ is the NUTRIENT RICH part that will sprout new life if planted ... it has E and B-complex vitamins ...

the bran is FIBER RICH containing protein and B-complex vitamins ...

the endosperm, however, makes up about 85 percent of a grain ... the starches are stored in the endosperm, which is WHY it's high in glucose levels ... it contains carbs, protein, iron, and B-complex vitamins ... so in all reality, there is B VITAMINS in white flour products, so i'm not sure where you come up with a B-VITAMIN deficiency ...
