I been training for close to 4mos now and I am 195lbs and I been doing a whole lot of Cardio with a decent amount of weight training and the problem is I look lean....I was Lean the first time I wrestled N that only got me mid cards si I want a "Wrestler" Look so I need as much advice as possible to Sculpt my body I dont want to have a huge bodybuilder build but I want alot of definition.[/quote]

Welcome aboard man and glad to hear you're trying to get back into lifting! :] I only wished I could gain the amount of weight that you've lost yourself! lol. I bet that was one hell of a transformation, congratulations man. So you want to bulk a little eh? What's your current diet and training routine like?

Well There is not much to say about my diet I am still on a Weight lost diet cuz even tho I've seen results In all other parts of my body...My still needs to flatten a bit. So I eat about 1100 calories a day I get in as much protein as I can by eating chicken, eggs, and cheese. I dont take any supplements what so ever I do take a Daily Multi Vitamin.
My work out consists on 40-60 mins of cardio a day,. For Cardio I usually run about 5.6-6.8 miles. Sometimes I Cycle instead or when I feel Like I gotta work On my flexibility I do aerobic dance (I rarely do the aerobic dance tho).
Then I do core exercises
500 crunches
100 Sit Ups on a decline bench
200 Push ups
250 Squats (I do 100 hindu squats, and 150 regular squats)
100 Bench dipis
Then I go home for about an Hr, then I go back to the gym to weight train. I weight train 4x a week. I do Cardio and Core everyday. When I work out I target 1 to 2 areas a pick about 4-6 work outs to target those areas and I normally lift any where from 45mins to an hr.
My goal is not to look huge but I definitely need to bulk up some more.

If you're going to want to build a little bit more muscle mass...I would definitely cut down on the cardio and also increase your calorie intake by maybe a thousand or so. And also you have to make sure you're also getting the right amount of protein/fats/and carbs. The reason I say this is because, after you've done your cardio workout..By the time you start lifting, your muscles barely have any energy to lift. And having the lack of energy, your muscles won't be able to grow at their maximum potential. I'll offer two suggestions:

A) You either cut down your cardio by only doing it every other day or perhaps maybe it cut down to once a week. I think once a week would be more effective.

B) Or if you have to absolutely do cardio everyday, I'd recommend you lift first prior to your cardio workout. And if you're able to, space your lifting routine and cardio workout atleast 4-6 hours apart.

I hope this helps some. :)

Jose, welcome to the board. Building up muscle mass can be tricky at times, but definitely hard work is the number 1 key! Let us know how you progress!
