Ok guys, here it is my progress log. Here i will list all of my training stats as well as my diet but first off a little back ground history.

I have been training in health clubs on and off for years. I used to be a 15 1/2 stone fat 18 YO and am now 23 and 13 st and in not bad shape. I have done everything from cardio to weights to boxing but i just love lifting weights and have now found a 'proper gym'

So here it is, my journey to putting on some serious mass naturally for as long as possible and then seeing where i go from there. Im not after a quick route of using steroids from the off .

I started at the beginnig of this week and heres my plan:

5x5 3 day push pull leg split (frankie NY's) - follow this plan for 8 weeks
Diet wise i am going to use toxics ideas in his article and build daily meal plans around it.
Rest and life style wise i get 7-8 hrs a night and work in an office sitting on my arse all day.

Diet and training details to follow this weekend as well as a pic of me at the start. Journal will be updated with all the training info weekly and with pics at the end of every regime. ( every 8 weeks odd i plan on having a few extra days rest then changing it up)

The only supps i will be using are reflex instant whey, carbs and creatine mono in my post work out shake plus some omega 3 tabs thrown in!

Wish me luck and any advice once my diet and training are up will be greatly appreciated.
