Right, time to start a journal. Following the getting ripped routine to a certain extent.

Day 1 (legs and abs)
Squats 4 x 8
SLDL 4 x 8
Calve Raise 4 x 12
Weighted sit up 3 x 10

Day 2 (chest/shoulder/tri's)
Bench Press 4 x 8
OHP 4 x 8
Skull Crushers 4 x 8
Press Ups 2 x 10

Day 3 Back + Bi's
DL 3 x 5
BB Rows 3 x 10
BB Curls 3 x 10

So thats 3 days with weights.. i will not be doing these 3 days in a row unless i really feel up for it.

My diet is relatively ok, my main downfall is drink, i usually go out friday and saturday nights and have a blowout but starting to grow up a bit now so going to chill out, instead of getting very drunk just have a couple of pints, maybe drive to the pub or find something else to do for example find a woman and go to the cinema, but that might be asking a lot!

Want to have 2 rest days so my other 2 days will be takes up with about an hour of mixed cardio.

Anyway... i will be starting off with low weights as im exceptionally weak and hopefully you guys will be about to see some gains!

Thanks for looking :)

Edit: I'm 6 Ft, 15 stone dead on.
Double Edit: Will get measurements tomorrow hopefully.

That sounds like a sensible work out, let me know how it goes, I'm looking for a new routine.
