For every one hour of work, take a five minute break and stretch, walk or mediate with just a few minutes of relaxation, you?ll increase your physical activity as well productivity and feel better throughout the day.

I started doing this a few months ago, and it does wonders! Stretching helps so much throughout the day, more so if you have an office job where you sit most of the day. Great tip. :)

i think you are talking about meditation - YOGA- and i believe in this. mental cure.
