i am sixteen and so far my body is looking good except for 1 thing... my shoulders are crap. i look real odd when i look myslef in the mirror, b/c i have decent size biceps decent size forarm but i have no shoulder muscles, somebody help me out and tell me what i can do please

What are you doing for your shoulder workouts right now? Exercises like deadlifts, squats, bench press, shoulder shrugs, DB or BB shoulder press, military presses, power cleans, help improve trap muscle mass.

right now im taking 20 pound bells and pushing them straight above my head but i want a different way to do it, thanks for the reply

Developing good shoulder muscles take work, and to boost them even more you need to do a variety of exercises such as the ones I listed earlier. Do you have any other weightlifting equipment available to you aside from the 20lb dumbbells?
