 Post subject: My daily workout

This is the workout I usually do at my weightlifting class at school, it is only a 25 minute class so it's hard to hit every muscle but I try my best.

Benchpress - Chest
21's - Biceps
Behind Head Extension - Triceps
Pull-ups - Back
Leg Press - Legs
Military Press - Shoulders
Any ab workout.
