We make extra effort to prepare foods for our dinner. Somebody told me this information about steamed and boiled foods. When we steam foods we save a lot of nutrients. When boiling food, we lose the nutrients because it evaporates. How true is this?

its been proven that processing in any form can and will remove nutrients ... the different kinds of processing removes more or less, so for the most benefits, raw is the way to go ...

yes its true, foods that have been boiled, pilled, or steamed looses their qualities, so we should take care of it.

green leafs should be only half cooked. thats the good way. come to nepal, i will teach you how. ist easy and safe and delicious.

i guess that boiling removes much more of the nutrients because at higher temperatures and with time , some of the compounds degrades, or lose their nutritionist properties, while with steaming they do not lose so much. So any way,raw form is the best way to go when possible.
