How can I follow through with my cravings? Often I find myself opening a container of a type of juice I have been craving, and end up drinking most of it from one day to a few days time. After that though, I get tired of it and the little that is left sits at the back of the 'fridge.

Any ideas on how I can stop being so wasteful? :?

I had this problem when I was pregnant with my son - I used to crave all kinds of things and then never get around to eating or drinking it :(

I tried to finish what I had as I didn't want it left in the fridge :( or if it was something I knew I could freeze then I would half it and then get the other half when I wanted it with out wasting it :)

I would go with Freezing too :)

I do that with a lot but I do find that I have a lot of bits in my freezer - but they do get eaten which is good

the only further suggestion on freezing i have is to label everything with what it is and the date you put it in the freezer ... i've got so many bags of green beans that i harvested out of my garden and put in the freezer, and a good handful each year ended up unlabeled, so if i grab a bag of green beans out, i have no clue if it's last year's crop of from six or even seven years ago ... *GAG* ...

Hmm..freezing juice isn't the best idea I don't think. I thought about it a little more and decided I was going to have two types of juice open at once, so I can switch between the two and still not waste them.

Hopefully it works out well. Juice is expensive these days and it is bad to waste it.

Don't forget most juices have only have a life span of a couple of days. Always check cause they can do you more damage than good with tummy aches and stuff

The best way to avoid carving is to drink water when you feel eating something.By drinking water i mean drink lots of it.By this way you will get sufficient water for daily purposes and you would not feel carving. It has helped me a lot during early days when i use to do alot of gym work.

I am in agreement with fitness freak. I used to give into my cravings, as well, and would eat chocolate, or something I shouldn't. I started drinking alot more water, and this has helped!
