 Post subject: Does food lose its nutrition value on cooking?

It?s much talk that the nutritive value of food is lost when it is cooked. Not very often true!! It depends upon the way of cooking. If vegetables and cereals are cooked with water, and the water remains unutilized much of the nutritive value is wasted. In the same way protein contents of foods are lost. If it is much fried such food is not easily digestible.

It all depends on multiple variables upon how much nutritional values are diminished throughout cooking meals...Such as what kind of food is being cooked, how long and what the duration is. It all depends.
