I'm looking for some meal replacement ideas which will include all of the vitamins, minerals, etc. that I would need from a normal meal. I've seen Boost and Ensure but they're only around 300 calories and I would waste away to nothing. I'm looking for something relatively inexpensive for when I'm on the move and don't have time to eat lunch.
Any ideas?

Are you looking for RTD items? (ready to drink)

You can get the generic kroger brand of slim-fast for only like $9 per 12 pack. Each can has about 170 calories, 10g of protein, and is loaded with vitamins and minerals. And they taste great too.

What are you talking about. Is it power meal.It is a very good supplement with 200 calories. It will help you charge up before the workout. The fat content is also less.It is rich in protein. It has helped me a lot.

Well..There are a lot of food supplements which are inexpensive but i don't know whether they effect or not because i prefer nice and well known supplements. My gym instructor has always told me to do so and it is really working.
