To make your soups and stews healthier, add two cloves of garlic to soups, stews, sauces and stir frys. Garlic fights heart disease, lowers cholesterol and stimulates the immune system.

I have a bad habit of adding garlic to everything, so at least I have done something right in cooking - my hubby likes it and has lots of flavour as well - but it does stink the house out :)

I love garlic. Pizza Hut garlic bread and cheese is amazing. I was watching television and I noticed a garlic festival program on the food channel, learned a lot about garlic. They had all kinds of garlic flavored things- including ice cream.

I'm not so sure about the ice cream, but I am in love with garlic in general.

it's going to depend on how big of batches you're making ... if it's a large one, two cloves will be fine, but if it's one or two servings, you've got to be careful ... always start small and add more and more ... wait a few minutes in between for the flavors to all blend ... you can always add more, but you can't take away ...

I only ever put 1 clove in, just to give it that flavour.

i love the garlic taste, especially the garlic bread and i eat it as often as possible; Now that i found out that it is good for my h health, i will eat even more.
The only problem with it is the characteristically odor which is not very pleasant; I have to avoind eating it before leaving the house.
